Our arak begins with hand-selected Obeidi grapes, crushed and naturally fermented before being carefully distilled in a traditional pot still to produce a pure eau de vie. In its final stage, premium aniseed is added, transforming the spirit into the signature arak our heritage is known for.

Add three parts water to one part arak, then finish with ice — never the other way around. This traditional sequence preserves the silky, milky louche and safeguards the crisp, aromatic character of the aniseed.

Gold Edition

Add two parts water to one part arak, then finish with ice, following the same principle — water first, ice last — to bring out the full aromatic character of the arak.
